  • What day is Rent Due?

    Rent is always due on the 1st day of the month. No late fee is charged until the 6th day of the month.

  • What if my unit needs maintenance?

    All service maintenance request must be made in writing through your online tenant portal. When submitting a maintenance request please review the maintenance troubleshooting guide prior to submitting the request. Also please include any information that would be helpful to receive service, such as Brand name, model and serial numbers on appliances. Photos are also very helpful!

  • What if I am having a water or fire emergency?

    If the emergency is during business hours of Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, please call 801-677-1890. If it is after hours please call 801-810-4357.
